Company background BanziNET (Pty) Ltd was established in April 2006. It is the South African subsidiary of the telecommunications engineering company Microla (Pty) Ltd, which also holds interests in other African countries. BanziNET (Pty) Ltd was established to build WiMAX infrastructure in South Africa. Restructuring of the shareholding of BanziNET (Pty) Ltd in October 2008, and the introduction of a new black partner, has resulted in the BEE shareholding in BanziNET to increase to 62%. Our offices are in Pretoria, South Africa. We are a core team of experienced telecommunication engineers with outsourced installation teams. We provide turnkey broadband wireless and other communication solutions. In October 2008, Portia Ntuli joined BanziNET as Marketing Director and shareholder. Portia brings with her a strong background in marketing, which fills a gap in the management team and will make a huge contribution towards achieving the goals of the company. Directors L.R. Our technical team has a combined 80 man years of telecommunication experience in the African environment. We have designed, supplied and commissioned wireless, fibre and copper based telecommunication solutions for large and small operators. We are experienced in both TDM and IP based communication networks, including transmission, data, voice, trunked radio and broadcasting services.
